Aastha enjoys solving problems, building systems, and making processes more organized and efficient. Over time, she realized she’s most energized by work that combines technology, data, and real-world impact. Detail-oriented by nature, she loves turning complex information into something clear, meaningful, and actionable.

Her professional journey began as a website developer, and later she worked on a client project focused on database management. That experience is where she first discovered how powerful data can be when it’s used to improve decision-making. Motivated to deepen her expertise, she moved from India to the United States to pursue her Master’s degree in Data Science. After completing her graduate studies, she continued strengthening her skills in data management, analytics, and reporting, and became more intentional about choosing work that feels purposeful—not just technical, but meaningful.

As a Data Manager at RISE INDY, Aastha is proud to apply her technical background to support education-focused work that impacts students and families across Indianapolis. She builds organized data systems, improves reporting, and helps ensure the team can track progress and tell the story behind the numbers in a way that supports action and long-term change. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and experimenting with new vegetarian recipes.
