True impact comes from centering students, families, educators, and community voices in the fight for excellent public education. With this commitment at the core of our work, we are proud to share our 2024 Annual Report. This report reflects on the past year of progress, challenges, and opportunities—highlighting our programs, partnerships, and the collective progress that was made for students and families. The 2024 Annual Report is both a celebration of what we’ve accomplished together and a call to action to continue building a stronger, more just education system for all Indianapolis students.

In 2020, RISE INDY brought together over 5,000 parents, students, educators, and community leaders to confront systemic inequities in education. Through listening sessions, coalition-building, and grassroots advocacy, we focused on elevating community voices, advancing racial justice, and ensuring every child has access to a safe, high-quality education. This report reflects our first year of action and calls on all Indianapolis residents to help build a future where every student can thrive.
